1) Replaced the use of \\textbf with \\emph
2) Re-worded Recording/Frequency section to remove MPEG comments on SWCODEC platforms
3) Made SPDIF option of Recording/Source only appear on platforms that support it.
(Would suggest adding HAVE_DIGITAL_IN and HAVE DIGITAL_OUT to platform files instead?)
4) Removed mention of specific options in warning about Debug menu - Suggests that other optionss were safe
5) Note added on X5 Build Re FM-Radio: Not implemented yet
(If not due to be in Rls 3 - better to \\opt it out?)
6) As above, but for Recording on X5
7) Created 'Debug.tex' - as a suggested option to include in appendices for advanced users??

Add the following to the end of Main Menu:

\\section{Quick Menu}
Whilst not strictly part of the main menu, it is worth noting that a few
of the more commonly used settings are available from the ''Quick Menu".
This screen is accessed by \\opt{h1xx}{holding the \\ButtonMenu}
{\\fixme{FixMe}} and it allows rapid access to the Shuffle and Repeat Modes
(Page \\pageref{ref:PlaybackOptions}
and the Show Files options.(Page \\pageref{ref:ShowFiles})
