FS#5196 - allow lower battery capacities (more accurate runtime prediction)

The runtime prediction is based on battery capacity.
The lowest value for the H120 is 1300mAh.

It should be possible to set lower values: older batteries have less capacity.
That would correct the runtime for these batteries.

‘Older batteries’ have less capacity? I checked and I think they’re all the same: 1300 mAh.

‘Older batteries’ as in “many many charge cycles and some years behind them”.
They tend to hold less than their rated capacity. From what I read, after 500 charge
cycles 80% can be expected for quality lithium polymer batteries.

Alternatively a self-adjusting runtime system could adapt to usage patterns (i.e. CPU
boost percentage, HD usage) per and battery size …
