A small patch to allow people to test if recording is still stable without boosting.
During writing to disk the cpu is boosted to write as fast as possible.
Not tested with digital recording.

Should decrease battery use during recording/monitoring considerably

woops - the patch above does *not* boost/unboost during diskwrite - original patch deleted

Causes glitches with spdif recording on h1x0.
Tests with analog recording look ok

increased max file size margin because new file creation is done without boost and may take a bit longer -> larger margin as safeguard
