FS#5465 - Voicing fails on Rockbox bootup until other audio output

Note: probably this applies to all targets rather than simply the H340.
After initial bootup (first activating the machine): nothing is voiced until other audio playback. Voicing seems also to die under other disparate circumstances, but this is the only situation in which the problem can reliably be manifest.
Additional note: the problem manifests with voice file generated on 6th April, 2006.

For me, with a recent build, voicing of the very first file/dir doesn’t happen (i.e. the one the cursor is on when it boots and goes into the file browser), but all subsequent voicings work fine on the first cursor movement.
