This patch adds generic scaling into rockboy to allow rockboy to run without modification on new targets. The code still needs to be cleaned up for screens smaller then the gameboy screen.

cause they, i think, the only targets which have bigger than gameboys lcd

This is for all targets. Eventually I'd like to have some fast code in there for all the targets that havn't gotten special treatment with assembly (archos and H1xx's so far I believe). I still need to fix it up some though, the vertical scaling isn't quite right, I just havn't had time to fix it. This does work on the ipod video's (don't know if the old code did anything for the videos) though and does scale the screen in an acceptable way, I just havn't had time to get it perfected. This patch won't work on the nano's yet, but hopefully soon.

i've just asked what targets this should work for now .. well . anyway i've tried it on iPod mini ... it doesn't work

No, the mini is not supported with this patch - havn't looked into the greyscale lcd's yet.
