FS#5813 - Files with Multiple Genres in Metadata should be read

Tagcache should read ID3 V2 tags with multiple genres, so a file tagged with “Rock” and “Grunge” would appear under both “Rock” and “Grunge” when searching by genre. To tag files with more than one genre, separate each genre with “; " under the “genre” field. Don’t forget the space. It is standarised in many programs(foobar2000, ID3Tag-it) and in programs supporting only one genre, the second genre is skipped(Winamp only shows the first genre).
