In text_editor buttons got mixed up since 060828.
1 line down is now PLAY + LEFT
1 line up is now LEFT

These key combos never existed in text_editor. The user probably meant text viewer where 1 line up is PLAY+UP and 1 line down is PLAY+DOWN. I’m going to close this bug report as invalid. If an issue still exists, please open a new task.
