FS#6036 - fax/modem plugin

Using simultanuous recording and playback, a software-based fax/modem is possible.

This has several uses:
1. sending/receiving faxes using an adapter (e.g., Line Terminating Unit)
2. connectivity for players without a USB-HOST port

I found two open-source software-only implementations on http://linmodems.org:
