FS#606 - No AutoOff, Debug with deutsch.lng

Firmware 1.28 (not availabel on the Archos Website (?))
Rockbox 1.4
without German Language = deutsch.lng (Debug ok)

AutoPowerOff will not work. Tested on setting 5min,
30min and 45min.
When charging battery display allways on.
Maybe extended chargetime.
Starting with 40% capacity, still charging after 12h.

Debug with German Language = deutsch.lng
