FS#6393 - Proper frequency readout

Very simple patch as an alternative to the readout of the frequency (Hz).

Using an extra wps tag '%fk', it makes the Hz readout 44100 to become 44.1, 22000 be 22 and so forth.

I find it very useful for saving screen space and more professional looking.
