FS#6403 - Correct the spelling of frequency in screens.c

Frequency is spelled frecuency for some reason in screens.c.

Attached patch to correct.

Fix committed to SVN. I changed the ID string in all .lang files without changing the order as amiconn suggested so it shouldn't break anything.

Need to change the FRECUENCY in all the lang files too, I would make patch but my editor cant seem to open most of them.

I changed the severity to Very Low because the typo is only in the ID string and changing that will break all old .lng files as well as all old voice files. So this change should be done by when someone makes some other compatiblity braking change in the lang ID’s.

Changing the ID string in _all_ .lang files without changing the order of strings won’t break anything.
