FS#6529 - Sansa e200 Manual Work

I’ve spent some time attempting to catch the e200 manual up to other targets. Right now, I have supplied the keys for the basic interface and the keys for all of the game plugins. I also have added all of the images for the main, interface, and sound sections. The images are in the zip file and the tex changes are in the patch file.

Some things I noticed while working on this that may want to be addressed (I fixed a few in my patch):

  1. In bubbles.tex, pause for the X5 should be ButtonPlay, not ButtonPower
  2. In star.tex “Next level” should be Select+Right, not Select+Left for iPod
  3. Spacerocks.c has strange definitions for e200. It seems to use BUTTON_RIGHT for all the repeats instead of BUTTON_REPEAT. Also AST_FIRE and AST_PAUSE have the same definition which I think may disallow pausing on the e200. As a result, this part of the manual is missing a keymapping in my patch.

Hope to hear back with comments and expect to see more work yet to come.

PS: please create patches from the rockbox source tree, not the manual folder (so the manual folder becomes the first level), this makes applying the patches a bit more convenient. Thanks.

This patch includes the above and adds the keymaps for all the demos in the plugin section of the manual. There were a few key tables that had spaces in them which prevented certain targets having their mappings listed (see starfield.tex). Also included is a zip which contains the images for the plugins section. With this patch, there are only 5 missing images left.
