Occasionally, when booting up my H340, I get a message displayed indicating that the dircache stack has overflowed. I can't be sure of the exact message as this is not yet reproducible. Pressing play will restart, and this normally boots up properly. I did once have the overflow occur twice in a row, however.

Maybe unrelated, but some other times when booting, the Rockbox logo is displayd for a while (and there is hard disk activity), but the player then just shuts down before the browser is diaplayed, again pressing play will reboot ok.

Stack has been upped with 0x100, if it happens again it must be more than the stack being too small...
