FS#6646 - Speex support breaks prev WPS %fc

When adding support for new codecs, the new codec should always be added to the *END* of the swcodec section of the AFMT enum (firmware/export/id3.h). This preserves the accuracy of WPSs that use the %fc tag to display the currently playing codec (when using the new codec the tag will default to ‘unknown’).

When speex support was added it was put beween SID and ADX in the AFMT enum, breaking all WPSs that use %fc. Attached is a patch fixing this.
