FS#670 - USB connectivity display (DB 2002-12-31)
Archos Jukebox Studio 20
Firmware: 5.08
Rockbox: Daily Build 021231 (12/31/2002)
While powered ON from the power cord, then the USB
cable is inserted, “[USB Mode]” is displayed,
but the battery power level indicator in the upper left
freezes where ever it happens to be
(either none, 1, 2, or 3 blocks) since while it’s charging
the blocks vary.
Also in the above situation, the “USB pitchfork” does not
appear in the lower left. But when the device is “safely
removed” and then the cable is unpluged, then the “USB
pitchfork” appears in
the lower left (while it’s not even connected).
The “pitchfork” does appear when the USB cable is
connected and then the power is turned ON,
since I guess it’s using the built-in firmware to display
the “USB…Active…” message.
