FS#6745 - "disk spindown" setting written twice to the cfg file

While verifying my personal prefs config file against the current config of the machine i wrote out a config file using the “Manage Settings→Write .cfg file”.

While scanning the settings as written i noticed that the “disk spindown” entry had been written twice.

I also noticed that the “disk poweroff” setting is not present in the file, although there is no longer a menu item for it in “System” settings area, so this is probably not related.

This was done originally on the 2007-02-27 build, and I have verified it still occurs on the 2007-03-06 build…

The “disk poweroff” setting has been removed so it should not be there.
