FS#6866 - e200: usb detection in bootloader, and disable db rebuild on usb OF start
This does a check for usb on boot, and if its connected it will start the OF.
If the OF is starting and its because of usb, disable its database rebuild. Requires hard coded version strings and locations…

Just as a note, the Sansas power on when you connect USB. If you make Rockbox on Sansa shut down on USB insert (instead of just showing the USB logo), and combine it with this patch, you get a USB mode very much like the iPods have, considering the Sansa firmware will restart itself (sending you back to Rockbox) when you disconnect USB and have Rockbox installed.
My main problem with this patch is that the current USB detection sometimes breaks the USB on my Mac, requiring me to restart. Otherwise, I think it would be very useful.
I cant get this to patch successfully into newer builds. Can you fix this please?
