FS#7024 - Terminology change from "crossfeed" to "soundstage"
The similarity between the terms "crossfeed" and "crossfade" has confused many new users (and some more experienced ones).
The attached patch changes the term "crossfeed" to be "soundstage". If you can think of a better term then feel free to use that instead!

No massive support for this, so
we'll keep it called crossfeed.

I don't think soundstage is a good replacement. Its typically called crossfeed in other software (foobar2000), so I'd prefer to keep calling it that. Perhaps something like "channel crossfeed" could be used to make it perfectly clear its not crossfading, but I'd like to keep crossfeed in there somewhere. Most users who know what cross feed does are going to expect it to be called that I think.
