FS#7040 - Opening a BMP with Rockpaint crashes
Two parts to this one:
1) There is no longer a file association for BMP files, this used to open Rockpaint IIRC.
2) Opening a BMP file with Rockpaint crashes immediately. Sometimes a segfault occurs, but most often and a hard crash occurs.
Both tested on the H300 simulator. I don't have a device at the moment, but this is totally reproducible in the sim. BMP files were the same size as the screen - in fact they were screendumps.

only width was protected, curious it didn\'t crash on target but it must have done bad things there…

well it didn't crash rockpaint on my h380… must check this
EDIT: doesn't crash on the sim here either
Correction - it only crashes with some files (perhaps those taller than the screen). Try Eli Sherer's 16x16x16 custom icons.
Looks as if this has something to do with the resolution:
Loading a 10x176 bitmap works fine in the H300 sim, but loading a 10x177 bitmap crashes.
The H300 screen resolution is 220x176.
