FS#7044 - Loadable icons don't adapt to (fore/back)ground colours

For example if you have a black background the default iconset disappears. It’s also going to look a bit odd with other colour combinations.

A magic colour (magenta) is used to signify transparency. Perhaps another magic colour could be drawn in the foreground colour?

I'm not sure if this works already but I think that icons saved as monochrome bitmaps should be drawn in the foreground color just as other monochrome bitmaps are drawn, then the default set could be saved as monochrome and it would behave as before.
