FS#7080 - Add lap time to stopwatch

Currently, the stopwatch plugin allows the user to register several lap times but it only shows the total time elapsed until the end of the lap. This is ok if want to record the time 10 kids took to run one lap, but if you want to record your own times for 10 laps it forces you to calculate the differences. The plugin should be able to show both times.

The patch also increases the maximum number of laps to 20 as 10 was very small for real situations.
