FS#7298 - Backlight does not turn off after exiting the doom plugin

Upon exiting the doom plugin my backlight stays light, even on hold, despite the backlight settings.

i use the evilg build from around may 25th (http://evilg.cleansoap.org/ the fusion lite 30gb) but it happens to me on the archived daily builds as well.
