FS#7580 - iPod emergency disk mode exceptionally slow

I believe this applies to all ipods
Okay when you are in emergency disk mode aka the default the rockbox goes into it takes forever to move files between a computer and the ipod but if you boot into the original firmware it is like twenty times faster.

For instance I just updated my firmware but I accidentally booted into the original firmware without knowing and I was curious why it was not taking nearly 45 minutes to update. This can be easily reproduced just see the differences between the two for yourself.

Not part of our software, and so, not something we can fix.
