FS#7639 - Shutdown item in main menu.

This patch just puts a shutdown item in the main menu for all players.

I know that
 FS#6733  Does the same sort of thing however I want to just have a shutdown option in the main menu not a power menu with the sleep timer and a reboot option.

Anyway here it is.

2008-01-14 : A request to re-open the task has been made. Reason for request: I myself rejected this offhand when it was first mentioned to me just as a concept. I did find though that it instantly grew on me once I actually tried it.
