FS#7702 - Scrolling direction shouldn't change on targets with scrollwheel in "upside down mode"

On my sansa the scrolling direction changes from clockwise to counter clockwise in the “upside down display mode”. IMHO it should stay clockwise…. simply feels better → if you hold it the thumb is on the left side and moving it up scrolls down instead of up.. just weird.

I guess this also applies to the ipod targets.a

I have tried to fix it with some ifdefs “have_scrollwheel” or something in the button.c but I’m too stupid :P. you guys probably know better.

regards Chris

Just utter nonsense. ;)

Huh? Last I looked moving the wheel clockwise went to successively higher-numbered list items (and so the opposite case for CCW must therefore hold) just as geometry would dictate. Only the image is rotated. If you’re actually using the player upside-down as this is meant for this makes sense. One thing that should rotate is the button config around the wheel. Power, rec, hold and select of course posess no directional implications.
