FS#7743 - Stack overflow in Bubbles

On the Sansa (other targets unknown) if you start a game of bubbles, pause it, and then hold power to force a hardware shutdown, Rockbox says:

*PANIC*
Stkov

Tested on r14659.

couldn't reproduce..

Can users not edit their own tasks? I also found this in Chopper - start a game and crash, and when it says “Press select to continue” press and hold power. Also in Mazezam - Start new game, and _hold_ power, which will still go to the Quit menu. If you don’t release power, it’ll stack overflow. It seems any plugin that has a pause function (or similar, such as some confirmation menus) can cause a stack overflow.

not on my h380….
not on my H10-5GB

I can reproduce this on my Sansa. I also tried it on my Gigabeat F40: start a game, pause with Power, unpause with Power, hold down Power until the backlight turns off. I have to flip the battery switch to turn it back on.
