FS#7825 - problems with resuming and rewinding long recordings
Hi, I have an iriver H320 with Rockbox on it and I regularly use it to record my guitar lessons (about 1hr 20mins long usually) which I listen back to later. There are 2 quite frustrating bugs I have encountered whilst doing this. First up is that if I stop it and then resume it (or indeed if I resume from a bookmark) it restarts in the right place in the recording but the screen tells me that it is starting from the beginning. Then when I fast forward it and continue playing it it goes back to the start.
The other thing is that with very long recordings if I rewind it to listen to something again it always jumps forwards by a few seconds when you stop rewinding making it very difficult to find the right bit.
Thanks,

I’ve experienced the first part on long files too. It is very frustrating indeed.
The playback code is being worked on, so this might be fixed soon (hopefully!).
I was about to close this one as duplicate, but I now just added the original bugreport as related…
I think this is fixed. Could someone check and maybe confirm?
