FS#7855 - Rockboxed Theme: c200 Sansa -- initial wps addition

Attached are a patch file containing the changes to the WPLIST file and the new Rockboxed.130x90x16.wps file for the Sansa c200, and the background .bmp file needed for this player.

Just decided to commit it away, c200 people should find it in the next build after a commit that triggers a rebuild or in the next daily build.

Okay, never upload a patch in the wee hours of the morning. The attached fix the improper file names. Screen resolution is 132×80 not 130×80. Also includes a screen dump.
