Details

This patch adds the following functionality to the mpegplayer plugin:

() Some mpeg files that have been chopped may not have a stream start time of zero, so this patch takes that into account and uses the start time of the stream as the zero time to handle the file seek. This allows the slider to range in half minutes over the real data.

() When placing the mpeg playback on pause and the player idles off, the resume time is now stored.
