FS#7982 - RBUtilQt talk file creation issues

A couple of issues I discovered, some very minor (so probably not worth their own bug reports):

1) Deselecting “Generate .talk files for files” (leaving all other options selected) actually results in no talk files being generated, although the dialog displays “Voicing…” and “Encoding…” messages for all folders as expected. I’ll take this one to IRC as it smells like a config issue, but I’d like to have it on record for now.

2) When creating talk files using RBUtilQT, if a destination drive alone is specified (e.g. J:, not J:\) then talk file creation appears to work, but actually does nothing.

3) Some text reads “Talkfiles” rather than “Talk Files”.

I’m using SAPI5 under Windows, FWIW.

All seems fine in the latest 1.0.4pre I tested.

I tried to fix all those issues, and commited it to svn.
Would be nice if you could test it again.

I also fixed uninstallation of the talkfiles, and the position of the _dirname.talk file.

Issue 1 is still a problem in 1.0.2. I can’t build RbUtilQt from source under Cygwin :(

I think my fix was after version 1.0.2 so it is only in svn.
To build rbutilQt i use mingw and not cygwin. (the mingw which comes with the qt for windows installation).

The last (10 Nov, pre-1.0.3) version I tried still doesn’t work. I don’t get *any* .talk files built at all if I deselect the “Generate .talk files for files” option.
