FS#8132 - make langs smaller

I made some of the lang files smaller. I stripped away a lot of untranslated strings to many lang files.

Looks good. I’ll have another look at it (4 eyes and so on), then commit. There’s no point in having these strings in the language files, and it will make things less confusing.

You have a problem with your text-editor, which inserts BOMs in utf8 text. I’ll fix that and commit the rest, which looks fine.
