FS#821 - Scroll speed in WPS

Make the possibility to use, for each line of the WPS a
specific speed of scroll, for exemple, fast for the folders,
slow for title, and so on

It would be better if the “short” folder names,titles etc were
scrolled “slowly” and the “long” folder names, titles etc were
scrolled “quickly”

it is infuriating waiting for a long title to “repeat itself” if you
have missed the first couple of words, likewise a short title
zipping round and round looks somewhat “messy”
