FS#8399 - Some tweaks for C200 main/wps/rec screen keymap

Long Rec replaced with Rec+Power to avoid accidental entering Recording mode.

Select+arrow/Power+arrow keystrokes replaced with Rec+something as former were nearly impossible to press.

Manual file was also adjusted to reflect keymap changes.
