FS#8432 - Russian lang update

I translate it with http://rasher.dk/rockbox/translate/, but i can't correctly test it. For x5 simulator i build it with '../tools/genlang -b=russian.lng -e=../apps/lang/english.lang -t=x5 -i=12 russian.lang'. And it generates incorrect lng (not just for my lang).

is wrong, you should put the Translated text in the <dest> section in the same place as the english text is in the <source> section.
So the <dest> section should look like this:

recording: "Μονοφωνικό"
</dest>
You must redo the translation and follow the instructions to the letter.

This is not a id from your translation, this is an example. But you made the same mistake.
