FS#8456 - Indonesian Translation for Rockbox

This is my very incomplete beginnings of an Indonesian translation for Rockbox. If you can, please help by translating more (I am working with someone, but it is a bit slow).
The more people help translate, the faster this will be done.

Stripped away english.lang header and added ###Start Translating Here to help future translators find where to start.

And how do you say indonesian in indonesian? That should be the lang name since indonesian uses latin characters.

Is there a chance that the translation could be committed and then updated afterwords? If so, use this version which cuts out everything untranslated.

Well, I had an Indonesian friend who was helping me translate, but I haven’t been able to get a hold of him to help me translate for the past few months. As soon as I can get him helping me again, the translation will continue.
