FS#8470 - Updated romanian lang file

I read rasher’s message concerning the incompleteness of the Romanian lang file, so I decided to update it.

You will still find a lot of English strings but that’s because most technical terms aren’t translated in the Romanian language (the English words are used) or the Romanian translation isn’t used at all by Romanian speakers so that the English translation is much much better. No Romanian speaking Rockbox user won’t have a problem with that.
