FS#8681 - Enabling logf breaks last.fm logging

Enabling logf seems to consistently break last.fm logging for me. Tested on Sansa e200, but it seems like something that would affect all platforms.

With logf enabled, no .scrobbler.log file is created.

the explanation is quite simple, although rather stupid and not easily findable: there is only one possible track changed event and logf uses it when enabled (and doesn’t even do anything interesting with it). See playback.c:2635.
