FS#8699 - Unavailable option mentionned in manual

Directory Cache is referred to in the Sansa e200 manual (section 4.2.3 - Auto Update & Update Now) when it is not an option on this player.

May apply to other models as well, and being vague in the bug description in case other similar instances are found for other manuals.

The option was disabled because it was not working properly in the presence of the SD card.
The multivolume dircache patch ( FS#7598 ) addresses the problem and brings back the option on Sansas.
Hopefully it will be completed soon and it will be committed.
