FS#886 - CVS build for FM Recorder won't boot without external power

Hardware: Archos FM Recorder running version 1.30j

This afternoon I had Rockbox CVS build
archos20030207.ajz running quite nicely. But this
evening I downloaded the latest build,
archos20030208.ajz, and it won’t boot unless the unit
is running on external power.

Someone else reported this problem in a bug report
from 2003-02-01: [678861] FM Rec Shows Rockbox
boot then powers off.

Glad to be trying Rockbox on the FM Recorder - good
job.
