FS#8867 - Equalizer is adding high noises

The (software-)equalizer is adding high noises to the playback.

I made a recording, the first part with eq enabled the second one with disabled equalizer.

I could also make a test on my older H110, on which I never used the sw-eq though.

What settings did you use in the EQ for this recording?

eq enabled: on
eq precut: 35
eq band 0 gain: 35
eq band 4 gain: 30

Yeah, I guessed this would be a shelf filter issue. I'll have a look at it, but don't hold your breath. And in the meantime you can use peaking filters in the same frequency ranges to avoid the issue.
