FS#8878 - COWON D2 battery monitoring in HWinfo

Now using such values: maxV = 4.200V minV = 3.500V. change num of cycles for stable results.

I've added some similar code to powermgmt-cowond2.c in r17085, so that the battery voltage can be viewed in Debug > View Battery.

When submitting patches in future, please read the rules in docs/CONTRIBUTING (no TABs, etc) and ensure your patch only include relevant changes (this one also has some commented-out touchscreen-related code).
