FS#9019 - Tidy up WPS context menu
This patch tidies up the WPS context menu to remove Enable Study Mode, add Playback Settings (which contains Study Mode) and remove the duplicated EQ settings (already available under Sound Settings).
This also makes Playlist the first item in the menu.
This is based on the poll/discussion at http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=16926.0 and hopefully is ready for committing.
It doesn’t yet integrate playlist and playlist catalog, but that’s really a seperate job (integrating the 3 different playlist menus).
