FS#9109 - helvR12 font patch to add the arabic character-set

I’ve made this patch since it was stated in the wiki that this font (helvR12) supported arabic while in in fact it didn’t. It didn’t have the arabic character-set.

This patch produced arabic characters that were too wide, so I edited the font to make the characters narrower .. here’s the new patch
