FS#919 - menu+play does toggle shuffle

this changes the wps.c so that
holding “on” and pressing “play” toggles the
shuffle mode instead of mute-ing.

also english.lang is modified so the shuffle-status
is shown after switching.

While the usefulness of mute can be discussed, this is not
the proper fix. We will however consider this in the general UI
overhaul.
