FS#9283 - Last 25 missing strings of Simplified Chinese

This patch fills the last 25 missing strings by August 16 of simplified Chinese. I think current translation of simplified Chinese are not so well, so I will try to make a complete translation from scratch when I get some spare time.

If you produce a full rewrite of the translation - posting the langfile is okay, but a diff/patch file is usually preferred. It's not really a big deal.

Jun Gu: Thanks for the translation - is "Jun Gu" your real name? (or as close as we can get using a latin alphabet)
