FS#943 - Yet anothor cygwin makefile patch

Changes the Makefile in uisimulator/win32 to use
cygwin gcc builtin support for mingw.

This patch enables the recorder win32 simulator to build
under cygwin.

"no newline at end of file warnings"
for the following files in uisimulator/win32 : 

    uisw32.h
    uisw32.h
    kernel.c
    lcd-win32.c
    button.c

is not fixed by thi patch
