An attempt to fix the two missing strings was committed in revision 19560.

Looks good to me. I made a few changes such as adding some missing target strings (LANG_DISK_NAME_MMC, LANG_OFF_ABORT). Also deprecated LANG_RESTARTING_PLAYBACK. If you agree with these changes, I think it's ready to commit.

I agree. It's wierd as I used to genlang tool with 'update' which AFAIK should have added these missing strings, and deprecate what's needed.
