I have been a programmer for 2 years, but looking at the code, I have no idea what is going on in the source I found. Here is a link to the file SPEC http://wiki.neillcorlett.com/PSFFormat. The PSF format uses ZLIB, which I don’t know if rockbox has… There are small ammounts of float code, but it looks like they are not required for playback, just some scalars for controlling pitch and whatnot. This is the XMMS plugin which I was looking at http://projects.raphnet.net/#sexypsf. Having never worked in Linux, only is Visual Studio (Win32), I am at a loss of what needs to be done to make this a codec, let alone a plugin to start out. Any help would be cool.
