It is most likely a TI BQ24020 Li-Ion Charger.

Sunny SCO-32 30.000MHz Oscillator

Based on the fact that chip is soldered on the corner's, I've determined that the chip is from either the SCO-32 or SCO-22 series. I've determined it's the SCO-32 because of the chip's thickness and the corner's are completed rounded, while the SCO-22 has little dent's in the corner
