Inside the MPIO HD300Firmware upgradeTo upgrade the firmware from a Linux box (or from a windows box for that matter), download the .zip file from the mpio website and copy all of the extracted files into the "SYSTEM" directory on your player. Disconnect the player and turn the power on with the AC adapter plugged in. It will go through its upgrade routine and then shut off. Turn the power on again and it will do the upgrade routine once more.
